Security and Emergency Response Team: volunteer application

Be a part of a team of volunteers to standby and respond to church medical emergencies. No medical background needed. Just a calm demeanor and commitment to your fellow worshipers. We will train you.
Ages 16 and up for ERT(with parental consent.); 18+ for security team.

Answers to these questions are kept confidential, although there may be circumstances where such information may be provided on a "need to know" basis to team leader(s) of our ministries and to other individuals in order to evaluate your application and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
